Do you offer phone support?Updated 2 months ago

We want to help you, and it's in everyone's best interest to get your order to you as quickly as possible! We have a phone number, yes. However, we have no way to document phone support. 

In addition, our support "team" is truly only one person. As much as we would like to offer these amenities that larger companies have, we do not have the bandwidth. So write her an email, and she'll answer Monday - Friday. 

We understand order issues are frustrating, but ask for patience as we will work with you to find a swift resolution.
