We offer warranties against accidental damage within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a replacement, you must have proof of purchase within the last 60 days. 

To redeem reach out to [email protected] with a picture of the damaged part. A claim will not be approved without a picture of the damaged part, or outside of the warranty period.

Replacement parts for our limited edition pieces, such as our Designer Collections may vary on color based on our inventory levels.

Our warranty service is unavailable outside of the United States.

Please Note: Session Goods does not offer refund replacements. We are happy to physically replace any broken or missing items. Refunds for broken or missing items are not available at this time.
