How can I cancel my order, and what if the order has already been processed?Updated 5 months ago

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been accepted by our warehouse. However, if your order has already been processed and perhaps in transit, we are not able to cancel the order at that stage. In such cases, we would be happy to facilitate a return and issue a refund upon arrival.
