Maybe.... if you're reading this, email our customer support [email protected] RIGHT NOW and request an address change.
We work with a 3rd party warehouse, and we can edit orders until the moment the warehouse accepts the order. Here's the issue, depending on the time of day or volume this can be a matter of minutes or a matter of days.
If your order has already been processed or is in transit, we might not be able to make changes to the shipping address. However, if your order is via USPS, as the receiver, you can reach out to them directly to request that it be held at a local post office.
If you need to update your email address to receive order confirmations or tracking information, Session Support can correct the email for you and resend the necessary order details to the correct address.
We're here to help you, and if the window is closed we'll work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
