What if something breaks In-Transit?Updated 2 months ago

We'll get you sorted! In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged or defective item, Session Goods will replace it at no cost. Notify the Session Support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.

*Please don't throw anything away until you speak with a Session Support team member. We might need the package back! We always provide a prepaid return shipping label if you're asked to ship a package.
