We don’t offer refunds or returns on damaged items or missing orders—but don’t worry, we’ve got you. If something arrives broken or doesn’t show up, reach out within 7 days with a photo (or your order details), and we’ll send a replacement.
*Please don't throw anything away until you speak with a Session Support team member. We might need the package back! We always provide a prepaid return shipping label if you're asked to ship a package.
