We're sorry to hear an item is missing from your order! If you discover that an item is missing upon delivery, please get in touch with Session Support right away.
We will arrange to have the missing item sent out to you, and you will be updated with tracking information as soon as it's available.
*Please Note: Session Goods does not offer refunds for missing or damaged items. Our policy is a product or order replacement for your missing item.
