You will receive a secondary e-mail with your tracking information once the order ships from our warehouse. This will be within 3 business days of ordering. 

Sometimes your shipment email can get flagged as SPAM. If you cannot locate the email or you accidentally deleted or archived it, use the chat box to look up your tracking.

If you have yet to receive your tracking number after 3 business days, there may be an issue and you should reach out to [email protected] for help.
