You will receive a secondary e-mail with your tracking information once the order ships from our warehouse. This will be within 3-5 business days of ordering.
Sometimes your shipment email can get flagged as SPAM. If you cannot locate the email or you accidentally deleted or archived it, use the chat box to look up your tracking.
Once they’re out in the world, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:
- Free Shipping: 7-14 business days (excluding processing time, weekends, or holidays).
- Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days (excluding processing time, weekends, or holidays).
If your expedited order takes longer than 9 days, we’ll refund your shipping costs.
If your order is lost, we’ll start a claim with the courier and reship your item with Signature Delivery.
